Thanks to Eden Sonta and the wonderful team at Booksource, we packed the room at Maggiano’s for an engaging workshop on developing text dependent questions to support meaningful discussion with students. Teachers, school leaders and central office administrators enjoyed learning about the highly rated literature both fiction and non-fiction for grades K-12. Participants worked collaboratively in developing TDQ on a particular book and sharing out in a gallery walk. A few rounds of Kahoot were played to have fun, win prizes and engage in the learning.
