Tatiana

Tatianna is an experienced educator creating an authentic learning environment that provides the necessary supports, resources and opportunities to all students.
Tatianna serves as a district Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Professional Development. Alongside supporting her current school district, she continues to provide professional development to school leaders, teams, and teachers in the areas of multi-tiered systems of support, early literacy, and systems for supporting all learners.

Prior to her district work, Tatianna worked with the New Jersey Department of Education as a State Level Coach where she supported multiple school districts across the state in evaluating their district capacity to support change and facilitated workshops on restructuring schedules, curriculum, and practices to make for more efficient and effective instruction.
