With more than 35 years of educational experience and over 20 years as a building administrator, Mary’s combined education and experience help schools and districts meet their improvement goals through research-based best practices. Talent Development, School Improvement, Master Scheduling, and Strategic Planning are her specialties. She has experience in Elementary, Secondary and Higher Education and provides targeted help to states, school districts and executive leadership. Previously she was Principal in Irvington (NJ) Public Schools: High School and Elementary School; Assistant Principal in Norwalk (CT) Public Schools: High School; Math Department Chair and Mathematics Educator in Stamford (CT) Public Schools: High School. Presently, Mary is an expert educational consultant and an adjunct Mathematics professor at County College of Morris (Randolph).
