Liteove Rodriguez-Tighe is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and multilingual learners. Her career is highlighted by high-level administrative roles, including serving as a Principal in Elizabeth Public Schools and as the Director of Early Childhood Education for Passaic Public Schools, where she oversaw diverse programs across district, private, and Head Start sites.

Currently, she serves as an educational consultant and the Vice President of Governance for the NJAEYC, where she continues to shape policy and mentor the next generation of educators through professional development and mentoring.
