Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is an instructional leader and teacher who has a passion for supporting teachers and students in their growth and development. She began her career as a high school teacher of multilingual learners and quickly realized the importance of coupling personalized and authentic learning with strong relationships. She has served as an instructional coach and literacy coach in addition to her work as a teacher of middle school and secondary English. Kaitlyn has experience working with struggling readers, MLLs and gifted and talented students. Developing and empowering educators through active, high quality professional development experiences is a passion for Kaitlyn. She strives to empower teachers so that they can empower their students.
