Joe has 34 years of educational experience as a principal, assistant principal, supervisor, teacher and coach with 22 years as a principal in New Jersey.
Mr. Diskin has certifications in mindfulness, positive psychology, and as a Life Coach. He has presented seminars and workshops on mindfulness, optimism, growth mindset, resiliency, gratitude, and leadership for all types of educational institutions, sports teams, businesses and organizations. Along with his colleague, Joseph Walsh, they have presented workshops and keynotes for a number of national organizations around the country.

Joe was recently nominated for a World Happiness Award by the World Happiness Foundation.
