Education Evangelist
Jessica Corsaro Kaingu is a certified ESL and ELA teacher (grades K-12), with over 13 years of teaching experience. She is also a certified Supervisor with experience coaching both novice and veteran teachers, building and implementing ESL and ELA curriculum, as well as building and facilitating Professional Development – across grade levels and content areas. As a Fulbright Scholar, Jessica’s first experiences teaching English as a second language to native Swahili speakers deeply influenced and shaped her understanding of the importance of empathy and teaching to the whole-student. Jessica believes that every teacher who is willing to reflect and learn from their students, will be an inspiration in the classroom.
“As educators, when we recognize that our students come to us as vessels of experience and knowledge, and no longer view their challenges as deficiencies, we give our students agency to grow and build, and to connect with us.”
Collaboration is at the heart of education and is what drives the work of an effective consultant. Through open communication, modeling, implementing research driven strategies and being a positive force within the educational community, Jessica strives to empower the success of students and faculty alike.
