Dana McGee, PsyD, is a school psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents from Pre-Kindergarten through age 21. She integrates evidence-based psychological practices with a strong, child-centered approach, supporting students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development across diverse educational settings. Dana earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from Georgian Court University and has dedicated her career to child advocacy and systems-level support within schools.
Dana brings specialized expertise in threat assessment and management, suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention in school settings, and the implementation of evidence-based approaches to address adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma. Her professional practice also includes conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, consultation with multidisciplinary teams, and professional learning on topics central to school psychology, safety, and student well-being.
