Mary is an accomplished instructional coach and middle school educator with over 25 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional leadership, and teacher development. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach in middle school, Mary partners with teachers to analyze data, strengthen instructional practices, and design engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Mary holds multiple advanced degrees in education, including a Master of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Supervision and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy. She is also pursuing a doctorate in education at Seton Hall University. Recognized as an Exemplary Educator by the State of New Jersey, she brings deep expertise in professional learning design, mentoring, and leadership development.
As a District Mentor Liaison, Mary developed and facilitated professional development for new and veteran teachers, including district-wide mentor training and continuing education courses. Her sessions are practical, research-based, and focused on equipping educators with strategies that immediately impact student engagement and achievement.
Mary is passionate about empowering teachers, fostering collaborative school cultures, and supporting instructional excellence at every level.
