Karen Wetherell has 34 years of educational experience as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and assistant superintendent, with 22 years as a principal in New Jersey. Dr. Wetherell earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, her Masters in Educational Leadership from Kean University and her Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University. She has a background in curriculum development and teacher training with a focus on elementary education, special education, pedagogy and leadership. She loves collaborating with teachers to develop new ideas and bring learning to life.
